We began in 2018 by Jeff Weithman when he left his role at Nike to follow his passion for architecture and his desire to bring a new approach to real estate and joined (W)here Real Estate.

Jeff Weithman
Jeff has been a designer all of his life; including almost 20 years as a creative director at Nike and even more with his own design agency. With experience in many aspects of design from brand to product, retail and environmental design he has always had a passion for architecture. He now enriches peoples lives through design, architecture and creative vision in real estate.

Jeff applies a design considered approach and applies his legacy of creative and strategic experience to the real estate process – serving his clients needs at the highest level. His creative vision and passion for architecture adds a distinctive point of view and intangible value that is unique to the industry.
Jeff has lived in Portland since 1990 and in the Concordia neighborhood for over twenty years. He and his wife, another creative, renaissance woman, and owner of Egg Press, have two teenage boys who keep them busy. When they aren’t relaxing or fishing at their renovated ’67 kit cabin in the the Tillamook State Forest on the Wilson River, they can be found working in the garden, having dinner with friends on the patio or taking in the many precious riches of Portland and the Pacific Northwest.

Eric Darrow
Eric is a life long designer and craftsman. For nearly nine years he was a creative lead at the Portland based home goods brand, Schoolhouse, where he helped grow the brand and position it in the marketplace. It was at Schoolhouse when he developed a deep understanding of thoughtful living through purposeful design in the home. This knowledge and deep appreciation, also extends to the architecture as he feels that that’s the root of where the art and science of creating “home” all begins.
This creative background gives Eric the unique ability to connect with his clients in a holistic, design centered way, which makes him unique to the industry.
A life long area resident and current resident in Slabtown, As an avid cyclist, Eric loves to explore Portland’s Neighborhoods at a slower pace while in the saddle. When he’s not regularly riding the hills of NW and SW Portland, he’s training for Cycle Oregon or hand crafting an acoustic guitar, building custom cabinetry, or renovating his own home; always eager for a creative challenge.
